Subway

After the game on Saturday, I went to Subway. It wasn't that good but a place that was close and open. It was the worst decision I had made that day. The young couple in-front of us, asked about getting two different meats on one sandwich. The employee informed them that it would cost about $10. They said nevermind and got two different subs with double the meat which is not included in the $5 special they have running this month. The "gentleman" who ordered was quite picky about how his sandwich was to be made. Heat the meat up then put it on the sandwich then heat up the sandwich - that doesn't make sense but he is the paying customer. When the employee told them their total, they were flabbergasted at the price. $16 something for 2 footlong sandwiches with double meat. The menu board is right in-front of you. How can you not understand; and even after the employee explained to you the price of each sandwich? People have no concept of math anymore or even more, common sense. This civilization is getting dumber and dumber. Remember this "young couple" is the future of America. This makes me very concerned.
