Good Ol' WalMart

Today I had to go to WalMart to get just one simple thing. Just one thing now, not 2 or 3 or 5 - or even grocery shopping, just something simple. I needed to get a new pair of boxers. It's all I needed. I ended up walking out of WalMart with 8 items. I only needed 1 and I bought 8 things. 45 Dollars worth of stuff. It started with me looking at different boxers. I got what I wanted, then as I made my way to the register, i noticed the 98 cent candy. I couldn't help myself. Swedish fish are good. So I got 2 boxes. Then as I walked closer to the register, I noticed my childhood candy - Gushers. I couldn't help myself again. I had to get them. so as I continued to the register, i am in line and remembered I needed to get my eye contact cleaning solution. As I was getting that, i remember I needed toothpaste. I had to pick that up. Finally, i am struggling holding all this stuff with my two hands. Things are falling on the floor, people looking at me. Oh well, It shows that when you go on impulse buying you will buy. The strategically place things though out the store for you to pick up stuff you don't need only to rase the average ticket per person. Thinking about it, i should have gotten coolant and windshield washer fluid for my truck. My advice, if you want to get just one thing, you better go just for it and get out of there as quick as you possibly can. Run, Run, and Run as fast as you can and don't look at anything.
